Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Officer Kredit dan Pemasaran – Area Kasongan to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving both credit operations and marketing initiatives within the Kasongan region. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between our customers and the financial products we offer, ensuring seamless credit processing while actively promoting our services to expand market reach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary credit assessments for prospective borrowers, verifying documentation and evaluating repayment capacity.
- Prepare and submit credit proposals to the underwriting department, ensuring compliance with internal risk policies.
- Maintain a daily pipeline of loan applications, track status updates, and provide timely feedback to clients.
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns, including community outreach, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
- Identify potential business partners and build relationships with local merchants, cooperatives, and agricultural groups to broaden the customer base.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing structures, and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide on‑the‑spot customer service, answering inquiries about loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
- Utilize digital tools and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract new borrowers.
- Coordinate with field agents and branch staff to ensure smooth hand‑over of approved credit files.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as loan disbursement volume, collection rates, and marketing ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a high school diploma (K) is acceptable.
- Age between 19 and 30 years; maximum age limit of 32 years.
- Male candidates only, as per the current operational policy.
- Strong adaptability and quick learning ability – essential for navigating both credit and marketing functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and partners.
- Basic numeracy and analytical skills for credit evaluation.
- Valid motorbike (Sepeda Motor) and an active SIM C driving license.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in banking, micro‑finance, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
