Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education or a related field; candidates currently pursuing a degree are also welcome.
- Preferred specialization: PGPAUD (Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) or equivalent teacher‑training program.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience and perseverance: essential qualities for guiding young learners through challenging mathematical concepts.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Proficiency in basic educational technology tools and a willingness to adopt new teaching methodologies.

- Age: No upper age limit; the focus is on competence and passion for teaching.
- Experience: While prior teaching experience is not mandatory, any background in classroom instruction or tutoring will be considered an advantage.
