Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join the Dago Bakery Group as a Kasir Penjualan dan Pelayanan (SPG). This full‑time position is based in Bandung and offers a dynamic work environment within a well‑known bakery chain. The role is ideal for women who have a passion for retail, enjoy interacting with customers, and possess basic cash handling experience, preferably in a café or similar hospitality setting. Immediate hiring is required, and successful candidates will become an integral part of our sales floor, ensuring smooth transactions and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Process all customer transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payment methods, while clearly explaining each payment option.
- Promote and upsell bakery products, providing detailed product information, answering questions, and recommending complementary items to increase average ticket size.
- Maintain a meticulous sales log, recording each transaction and updating daily sales reports for management review.
- Monitor inventory flow by checking stock levels, reporting low‑stock items, and assisting the inventory team with restocking procedures.
- Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a focus on “service excellence,” escalating more complex issues to the shift supervisor.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash drawer reconciliation, securing cash deposits, and preparing the register for the next shift.
- Collaborate with fellow SPGs and kitchen staff to maintain a seamless customer experience during peak hours.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; domicile must be in Bandung or surrounding districts.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- At least 1 year of basic experience as a cashier or sales associate in a café, bakery, or similar retail environment.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (SIM).
- Demonstrated understanding of cash register operation and basic accounting principles.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
