Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Petugas Pemasaran Kredit (Credit Marketing Officer) to join our Mobile Banking team at the MTF Matraman branch. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative of our financial institution, conducting on‑site surveys, evaluating credit eligibility, and guiding prospective borrowers through the loan application process. Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys assigned by the branch to verify the identity and financial standing of potential borrowers applying for cash loans or vehicle financing.
- Document survey findings in the internal system with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy for credit‑worthiness analysis.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive survey reports that can be audited and used for credit risk assessment.
- Monitor each loan application’s progress, communicate decisions, and provide clear explanations of credit terms and conditions.
- Negotiate additional documentation or collateral requirements with applicants based on the outcomes of credit analyses.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory guidelines, internal credit policies, and market trends that affect loan products.
- Collaborate closely with branch managers, underwriting teams, and legal advisors to streamline the loan approval workflow.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service that encourages repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Age: Not older than 31 years at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, credit assessment, or customer relationship management, preferably within a banking or micro‑finance environment.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial statements, credit scores, and repayment capacity.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Proficiency in using digital reporting tools and CRM systems; ability to produce accurate, timely documentation.
- Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to the scheduled work week (Tuesday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00).
