Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Staff Operasional Logistik dan Manajemen Proses to join our fast‑growing logistics and e‑commerce division. This role is pivotal in ensuring that daily operational workflows run smoothly, from inventory handling to order fulfillment, while supporting the broader strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive woman under 35 years of age, equipped with a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring compliance with company SOPs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel and other ERP tools, performing regular stock reconciliations.
- Monitor and optimize process flows to reduce lead times, minimize errors, and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with the e‑commerce team to align order processing with online sales platforms and social‑media marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as order fulfillment rate, on‑time delivery, and inventory turnover.
- Provide frontline support for suppliers and carriers, negotiating schedules and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of continuous‑improvement initiatives, such as lean‑warehouse practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, offering clear communication and timely updates on logistics status.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards within the warehouse and office environments.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, contribute ideas, and help train new staff members on process standards.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or process management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey information clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
- High level of agility and problem‑solving capability in fast‑paced environments.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and e‑commerce operations is a distinct advantage.
- Meticulous, responsible, and disciplined work ethic.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments.
- Willingness to work the standard 8‑hour shift, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
