We are seeking a dynamic Staff Media Sosial dan Konten Digital to join our fast‑growing digital marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Conceptualize and produce original graphics, short videos, reels, stories, and carousel posts using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, click‑through rates, follower growth) and generate weekly reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, courteous, and brand‑consistent manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create integrated campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends, recommending new tactics or platforms that could benefit the brand.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid social media advertising, including ad copy creation, audience targeting, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting cadence and avoid content gaps.
  • Conduct basic competitor analysis to benchmark performance and uncover opportunities for differentiation.
  • Support crisis communication and reputation management by escalating sensitive issues to senior management promptly.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Age: Maximum 28 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Prior experience in social media management or digital content creation is preferred, though motivated newcomers with a strong portfolio will be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in major social platforms, basic graphic‑design abilities, and familiarity with content‑creation tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written communication, creativity, attention to detail, honesty, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Personal Traits: Self‑motivated, quick learner, collaborative team player, and adaptable to fast‑changing digital environments.
