Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior washing of cars, trucks, and SUVs using approved detergents, brushes, and pressure‑wash equipment.
- Dry each vehicle with high‑efficiency blowers and microfiber towels to prevent water spots and streaks.
- Inspect vehicles for any pre‑existing damage or debris before and after cleaning, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay, drying area, and surrounding workspaces.
- Operate and routinely service washing equipment, ensuring hoses, pumps, and brushes are in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals, use of personal protective equipment, and safe driving within the premises.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries, provide friendly service, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Record the number of vehicles serviced each shift and submit daily reports for performance tracking and bonus calculations.
- Support inventory management by monitoring supply levels of soaps, waxes, towels, and other consumables.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new cleaning techniques, eco‑friendly products, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any legal working age; no upper age limit.

- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
