Responsibilities
- Engage prospective and existing clients through phone calls, face‑to‑face meetings, and digital channels to assess their insurance needs.
- Conduct thorough financial and risk analysis to recommend appropriate life, health, or property insurance products.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, clearly explaining policy terms, premiums, benefits, and exclusions.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, updating policy status, renewal dates, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt resolution of client inquiries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of Pos Indonesia’s financial services division.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and industry seminars to stay current with market trends and new insurance offerings.
- Provide after‑sales support, including policy amendments, claim assistance, and periodic policy reviews.
- Promote cross‑selling opportunities for complementary financial products such as savings accounts, investment funds, and loan services.
Requirements
- Age: 20–35 years (maximum 35 years).
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 preferred for candidates with relevant experience.
- Experience: At least 1 year in insurance, banking, or sales environments.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Professional appearance and strong personal presentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated analytical ability, especially in financial needs assessment and risk evaluation.
- Passion for sales with a focus on long‑term career development.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
