Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Petugas Pengumpulan Berkas to join our dynamic team in Bojongsari, Depok. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound collection calls and WhatsApp messages to remind clients of outstanding payments and to retrieve required documents.
  • Verify the authenticity and completeness of received documents, ensuring they meet internal compliance standards.
  • Enter collected data into the company’s Microsoft Office suite, including Excel spreadsheets and Word reports.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all communication attempts, responses, and outcomes for audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with the finance and legal departments to resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to payments.
  • Prepare daily and weekly status reports summarizing collection performance and highlight any high‑risk cases.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service, answering inquiries and offering assistance in a respectful manner.
  • Assist in updating and improving standard operating procedures for the collection process.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and propose solutions.
  • Adhere to the designated work schedule of Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 19:00.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, though a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Indonesian; ability to convey information clearly via phone and WhatsApp.

  • Reliability: Ability to work the full shift schedule and maintain consistent attendance.
