Introduction
The Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) – Sigli position is a critical frontline role within our multi‑finance organization, responsible for managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and ensuring timely collection of payments. Based in Sigli, the successful candidate will work closely with branch teams, field agents, and customers to safeguard the company’s cash flow while maintaining strong relationships with our partners. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire A/R overdue collection process, ensuring all actions are completed within stipulated timelines.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers for payment negotiations, debt settlement, and relationship building.
- Assist branch offices in handling problematic partners, providing analytical support and escalation when necessary.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management.
- Execute the retrieval of assets or units from delinquent customers in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate collection logs, update the CRM system, and generate regular reports on collection performance.
- Collaborate with the credit risk team to assess the creditworthiness of new and existing partners.
- Provide feedback to product and underwriting teams on common collection challenges to improve future loan terms.
- Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in debt recovery.
Requirements
- Open to candidates with no prior experience; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Minimum age of 18 years; maximum age of 65 years.
- All educational levels are accepted; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
- Strong understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of an SPPI (Surat Pengantar Penagihan Intern) card is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, credit processing, debt collection procedures, and interpersonal communication.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of Monday‑Sunday, 08:00 – 16:00, with the possibility of adjusted hours based on workload.
