Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan to join our team at BFI Cabang Kotamobagu. As a key member of our operations, you will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments, accurate contract handling, and reliable data reporting. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to collect data and verify information from assigned debtors.
- Initiate and manage the full cycle of debt collection, including issuing reminders and formal notices.
- Negotiate payment schedules that align with both the debtor’s capacity and the company’s financial goals.
- Prepare and present detailed recommendations for contract handling, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and payment outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to address any escalated cases or disputes.
- Provide regular status reports to supervisors, highlighting key metrics such as collection rates and outstanding balances.
- Utilize personal transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel efficiently throughout the Kotamobagu region.
- Continuously improve negotiation tactics by staying informed about market trends and debtor behavior patterns.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK/Sederajat; D3 or S1 (any major) preferred for fresh graduates.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the qualifications are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in collection, field data gathering, or customer-facing roles.
- Skills:
- Effective negotiation and persuasive communication.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess contract terms and debtor capacity.
- Proficiency with basic office software and data entry tools.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
- Personal Attributes: Discipline, high integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Transportation: Own vehicle and a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM) are mandatory.
- Work Schedule: Standard hours from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility for field assignments as needed.
