Introduction
PT. Industri Logistik Sejahtera is a leading third‑party logistics provider serving the Greater Jakarta region, with a modern warehouse in Cibitung, Kabupaten Bekasi. We are currently seeking a dedicated Operator Pallet Mover to join our fast‑growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth inbound and outbound material flow, maintaining equipment reliability, and upholding the highest standards of warehouse organization. Responsibilities
- Operate reach trucks (double‑deep) and Heli‑brand pallet movers safely and efficiently according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Execute inbound processing by unloading trucks, verifying received pallets, and moving items to designated storage locations within the warehouse.
- Follow picking lists accurately, retrieve items, and prepare them for order fulfillment or further distribution.
- Arrange and stack pallets in accordance with the warehouse layout plan, ensuring optimal space utilization and load stability.
- Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and minor maintenance of pallet moving equipment to prevent downtime.
- Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment, including aisles, loading docks, and storage zones, to support safe operations and quick access.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to the shift supervisor promptly.
- Participate in daily shift briefings, contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives, and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist with periodic stock counts and cycle‑count activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience operating reach trucks and pallet movers (preferably the Heli brand).
- Active SIO (Safety Induction Officer) certification; any level (I or II) is acceptable.
- Willingness to be stationed in Cibitung and work a six‑day workweek (including public holidays) with one day off per week.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts – morning, afternoon, or night.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver loads safely.
- Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward teamwork.
- Basic computer literacy for using warehouse management systems and scanning devices.
