Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for digital and offline channels.
- Track performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets, providing regular reports to management.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to expand the company’s network.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline; preferred majors include Marketing, Communication, or Management.
- Age: Must be 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for marketing and sales functions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet defined performance targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain a broad professional network.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and a proactive work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
