We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Penjualan to lead our sales team in the bustling market of Manado. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans that align with corporate targets and market trends.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, market share, and customer acquisition rates, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close high‑value deals while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure seamless order processing, timely deliveries, and accurate invoicing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust strategies, introduce new product lines, and capitalize on emerging trends.
- Organize and lead sales training sessions, workshops, and product knowledge seminars to keep the team up‑to‑date.
- Handle escalated customer issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards while working under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- At least 1 + year of proven experience in sales, preferably in consumer goods or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English; ability to convey ideas clearly to both customers and team members.
- Demonstrated honesty, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility in previous roles.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Resilience to work under tight deadlines and high‑pressure environments while maintaining quality outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Open to working a six‑day work week (Monday‑Saturday) with regular hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
