Introduction
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini to join our vibrant team at Taman Kanak‑Kanak (TK) Kanak‑Ceria. This full‑time position is ideal for recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (S1 PG‑PAUD) who are eager to shape the foundational years of young learners. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be a key contributor to our nurturing, inclusive, and play‑based learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver age‑appropriate curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for children aged 3‑6 years.
- Facilitate daily classroom activities, including storytelling, music, art, and motor skill exercises, ensuring each child’s participation and engagement.
- Assess and document children’s progress through observation notes, learning portfolios, and periodic evaluations, providing constructive feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to create interdisciplinary projects and thematic units that reinforce core learning outcomes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences to continuously improve teaching practices.
- Model positive behavior, empathy, and respect, fostering a culture of kindness and mutual support among the children.
- Implement inclusive strategies to accommodate children with diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 in Early Childhood Education (PG‑PAUD) or related field.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Age: Not older than 35 years.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; however, any prior teaching or practicum experience is a plus.
- Core Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, and lesson planning abilities.
- Personal Qualities: High integrity, enthusiasm, discipline, teamwork orientation, and a genuine love for early childhood education.
- Health: Physically and mentally fit to handle the dynamic demands of a kindergarten setting.
