Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Proyek Divisi Internal to lead and execute our internal program initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the creation, coordination, and delivery of educational and digital marketing projects, ranging from podcasts and webinars to large‑scale events. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, capable of managing timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional teams while ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a balanced work environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration within a forward‑thinking organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and budget (RAB) plans for all internal programs.
- Conduct market research and product validation to ensure offerings align with audience needs and industry trends.
- Design comprehensive work plans and standard operating procedures (SOP) for the team, establishing clear performance benchmarks.
- Coordinate the production of podcasts, webinars, and live events, overseeing content creation, technical setup, and post‑production processes.
- Create event rundowns, scripts, and logistical checklists to guarantee seamless execution.
- Monitor project quality through regular audits, performance dashboards, and KPI tracking.
- Perform continuous evaluation of program outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed established targets.
- Foster collaboration across digital marketing, education, and creative teams to drive cohesive program delivery.
- Mentor junior team members, encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing projects or events, preferably in a digital or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and educational program workflows.
- Proficiency in structured task‑management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and the ability to create clear, actionable work plans.
- Critical and strategic thinking skills, with a talent for market research and conceptualizing engaging events.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, capable of navigating complex project challenges.
- Leadership and communication skills that inspire confidence and drive team alignment.
