Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and enforce comprehensive security policies and standard operating procedures for all corporate facilities.
  • Supervise and schedule on‑site security personnel, ensuring proper coverage during all operational hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Coordinate response to security incidents, including investigations, reporting, and follow‑up actions, while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Liaise with local law‑enforcement, emergency services, and private security vendors to facilitate rapid response and information sharing.
  • Organize and deliver ongoing training programs for security staff, emphasizing situational awareness, conflict de‑escalation, and emergency protocols.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and alarm management tools, ensuring they are functional and up‑to‑date.
  • Support facilities planning by providing security input on new office layouts, renovation projects, and technology deployments.
  • Promote a culture of safety by engaging employees through awareness campaigns, drills, and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in security management or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in security operations, preferably within a corporate or commercial setting.
