Introduction
The Security Operations Coordinator for Corporate Facilities plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the company’s physical assets, employees, and visitors across all office locations. - Organize and deliver ongoing training programs for security staff, emphasizing situational awareness, conflict de‑escalation, and emergency protocols.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and alarm management tools, ensuring they are functional and up‑to‑date.
- Support facilities planning by providing security input on new office layouts, renovation projects, and technology deployments.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in security management or related fields are a plus.
