Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and checkout procedures.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring shelves are well‑stocked, neatly organized, and presented according to merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular stock‑taking (stock opname) to verify inventory levels, report discrepancies, and support accurate ordering.
- Execute timely replenishment of merchandise from back‑room storage to sales floor, minimizing out‑of‑stock situations.
- Handle cash transactions, process sales receipts, and maintain accurate cash drawer balances at the start and end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the store manager and fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and updating inventory records in the store management system.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, hygiene, and loss prevention, including proper handling of expired or damaged goods.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and retail technology.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and product performance to help shape future merchandising strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 27 years (maximum 27 years old).
- Open to all genders; a respectful and inclusive attitude is essential.
- Professional appearance and a presentable demeanor.
- Basic proficiency in using a store management system and handling cash transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn on the job.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 15 kg).
