The Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) position in Rantau Prapat is a pivotal role within our multifinance organization, tasked with driving timely accounts receivable (A/R) recovery and supporting branch operations in managing problematic partners. Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the timely execution of overdue A/R collection activities, adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.
- Conduct on‑site visits to clients for direct debt collection, fostering respectful yet firm communication to negotiate repayment plans.
- Assist branch teams in handling problematic partners, providing analytical support and actionable recommendations to mitigate risk.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, consistently monitoring performance against goals.
- Execute the retrieval of assets or units from delinquent customers, coordinating with legal and operational departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of collection efforts, client interactions, and payment arrangements within the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to identify early warning signs of potential defaults and propose preventive measures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes, collection best practices, and negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Open to candidates with no prior experience; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Minimum age of 18 years; maximum age limit of 65 years.
- All educational levels are accepted; a high school diploma is the baseline.
- Male candidates only (as per current posting requirements).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of an SPPI (Surat Pengesahan Penagihan Instalasi) card is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, credit processing, debt collection procedures, and interpersonal communication.
