Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Toko Retail Cabang to lead one of our flagship retail locations. This full‑time position is based at a high‑traffic store and operates on a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑16:00). The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for daily store operations, ensuring that every aspect of the shop runs smoothly, profitably, and in line with our corporate standards.
The role demands a blend of strong leadership, analytical thinking, and hands‑on problem‑solving. You will collaborate closely with regional managers, support staff, and the wider corporate team to drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and develop a high‑performing store team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all day‑to‑day operational activities, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor and achieve store sales targets, analyzing performance metrics and adjusting tactics as needed.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store associates, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to customer‑service SOPs, guaranteeing a consistent and pleasant shopping experience.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, staffing, and operational reports for senior management review.
- Address customer complaints swiftly, providing effective resolutions and documenting trends for process enhancement.
- Liaise with corporate departments (logistics, marketing, finance) to coordinate promotions, stock deliveries, and special events.
- Conduct periodic audits of cash handling, loss prevention measures, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Participate in shift planning, ensuring adequate coverage while respecting labor regulations and employee wellbeing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (preferred) or at least SMA/SMK.
- Age not exceeding 36 years.
- At least 1 – 2 years of proven retail experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in retail administration, e‑commerce management, and basic data analysis.
- Competence in presenting ideas, negotiating with suppliers, and handling customer interactions.
- Willingness to work a shift‑based schedule, including weekends.
