To accelerate growth in the Karawang, Bekasi, Bogor, and Depok regions, we are seeking energetic and results‑driven individuals to join our team as Promotor Penjualan Internet/WiFi. This field‑based sales role offers a dynamic work environment where you will directly interact with residential communities, business owners, and renters, helping them choose the right connectivity package for their needs while achieving personal and company sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing in designated neighborhoods, housing clusters, apartments, kiosks, and small‑to‑medium enterprises (UMKM).
- Present and demonstrate the features of our Wi‑Fi/Internet products, clearly explaining pricing plans, installation processes, and service benefits.
- Identify customer needs through consultative questioning and tailor package recommendations accordingly.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas by converting leads into signed contracts and processing new subscriptions on‑site.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly activity logs, including prospect contacts, follow‑ups, and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to share market insights, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer preferences and service improvement ideas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection standards, and local regulations during all field operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, age 20‑40 years.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience in Wi‑Fi, broadband, or related telecommunications services.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and a valid SIM C license for mobile field work.
- Strong knowledge of the target sales areas, including residential complexes, clusters, boarding houses, and UMKM zones.
- Willingness to be stationed in Bekasi, Bogor, Depok, or surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to educate customers about technical products in simple terms.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as CRM software, market research instruments, and basic financial feasibility analysis.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Positive attitude, resilience in handling rejections, and a passion for delivering top‑notch customer service.
