Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Administrator and Inventory Management Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate stock control, and efficient documentation. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our inventory processes, bridging the gap between the physical warehouse floor and our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must possess a minimum high school education (SMA/SMK or equivalent) and have at least one year of relevant administrative experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records by entering receipts, shipments, and adjustments into the warehouse management system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Manage the documentation flow, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and return authorizations.
- Oversee the organization and labeling of storage locations to optimize space utilization.
- Assist in the implementation of safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the onboarding and training of new warehouse staff on proper inventory procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries related to stock availability and order status with professionalism.
- Participate in periodic audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
