To support its growing customer base, we are seeking a dedicated Kurir Pengiriman Barang (Delivery Courier) who will ensure that every bouquet reaches its destination in perfect condition and on time. Responsibilities
- Drive company‑owned vehicles safely to deliver floral orders to residential and commercial clients from Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00‑20:00.
- Inspect and secure all flower shipments, ensuring proper temperature control and handling to maintain freshness.
- Load and unload bouquets, vases, and related accessories, checking each order against the delivery manifest for accuracy.
- Communicate with customers upon arrival, confirm receipt of items, and address any immediate concerns or special requests.
- Maintain a clean and well‑serviced vehicle, performing routine checks on oil, tires, and safety equipment.
- Report any delivery issues, traffic delays, or vehicle problems promptly to the logistics supervisor.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions to learn basic floral arrangement techniques and assist senior florists during peak periods.
- Document delivery routes and time logs in the company’s logistics software, ensuring data accuracy for performance tracking.
- Adhere to all local traffic regulations and company safety policies, promoting a culture of zero‑accident operations.
- Assist with occasional inventory checks of flower stock, packaging materials, and delivery supplies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (A/B) with a clean driving record.
- Strong adaptability to varying cultural contexts and customer expectations.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with accounting and business software (e.g., Accurate).
- Ability to quickly learn new tools such as 3D Max, AVR, or Ableton Live is a plus, demonstrating a willingness to expand technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polite and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- High level of punctuality, reliability, and personal integrity.
- Physical stamina to load and unload flower arrangements safely.
