Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Remedial Officer (Collection) to join our dynamic team in Sekotong, Lombok Barat. This role is essential to safeguarding the company’s cash flow by ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). The successful candidate will operate within a fast‑paced multifinance environment, collaborating closely with branch staff, partners, and customers to resolve payment delays while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire A/R overdue collection process, ensuring all actions are performed within agreed timelines.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers to negotiate repayment plans, clarify outstanding balances, and secure timely payments.
- Support branch teams in handling problematic partners by providing data, insights, and follow‑up actions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including communications, agreements, and payment confirmations.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, delinquency trends, and risk indicators for the finance department.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance units when escalated cases require formal recovery procedures.
- Continuously improve collection strategies by staying informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all majors are considered, making the position open to recent graduates.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or a related financial role (experience in a multifinance setting is a plus).
- Age limit: up to 34 years old, with flexibility based on domicile suitability.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in all dealings.
- Proficiency in Android‑based mobile tools for field visits and data entry.
- Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory and work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
