Introduction

This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, executing promotional activities, and achieving sales targets for our line of electric motor products across retail outlets. The successful candidate will act as the front‑line ambassador of Polytron, ensuring that our customers receive knowledgeable service and that our product displays meet the highest standards of visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned stores by actively promoting Polytron electric motors and related accessories.
- Execute promotional campaigns designed by the head office, ensuring proper implementation of signage, product demos, and special offers.
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently answer customer inquiries and highlight key technical advantages of electric motor solutions.
- Ensure all product displays adhere to company SOPs, including proper placement, labeling, and cleanliness of the sales area.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers, staff, and end‑users to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collect and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, attendance logs, and inventory counts to the regional sales supervisor.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment orders, and report any discrepancies or potential out‑of‑stock situations promptly.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to improve product positioning.
- Work effectively under pressure, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and tight deadlines during peak promotional periods.
- Represent Polytron at local events, trade shows, and in‑store product demonstrations to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or promotion, with a minimum of 6 months specifically in a promoter role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers and store management.
- Professional appearance and a neat, well‑groomed demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage reporting, stock control, and schedule adherence.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team, handling pressure in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Basic proficiency with mobile reporting tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Passion for sustainable technology and a genuine interest in the electric motor market.
