Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Kru Pembersih dan Perawatan Kebersihan (Cleaning and Maintenance Crew). This role is essential for maintaining a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined, team‑oriented male professional who can contribute positively to our daily operations and uphold the high standards of cleanliness expected by our clients.
The position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with hours ranging from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates who possess a valid driver’s license and can operate a company vehicle will be given priority, although this is not an absolute requirement.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of office floors, restrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain and restock hygiene supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and report any maintenance issues, leaks, or safety hazards.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely, ensuring proper storage and regular servicing.
- Assist with waste segregation and proper disposal according to environmental guidelines.
- Support special projects such as deep‑cleaning events, post‑construction clean‑ups, and seasonal maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Drive company‑owned vehicles for transporting cleaning supplies between sites when required (preferred).
- Adhere to all company policies regarding health, safety, and security while on the premises.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, exhibiting good behavior, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle is highly preferred.
- Strong sense of discipline and a clean personal record.
- Excellent teamwork skills; must be willing to collaborate with colleagues.
- Not currently enrolled in any academic program or employed elsewhere.
- Basic understanding of store management systems or similar tools is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Reliability and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
