Introduction

The Admin Channeling Bisnis position in Cikampek is a critical entry‑level role that supports the Business Channeling team in managing credit applications and customer orders. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between prospective borrowers, the credit evaluation department, and field service teams, ensuring that every order is accurately captured, processed, and communicated in a timely manner. Responsibilities

  • Receive and acknowledge inbound orders generated through the Business Channeling platform, ensuring each request is logged promptly.
  • Collect, verify, and input all required consumer and financing object data into the company’s internal CRM and loan management system.
  • Perform thorough data validation to guarantee completeness and accuracy, reducing errors that could delay credit decisions.
  • Monitor the status of credit applications, checking results from the Risk Assessment Committee (RAC) or consumer grading outcomes, and update records accordingly.
  • Communicate credit approval or rejection decisions to customers via phone or email, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
  • Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for field verification of collateral or premises.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales and Hub Coordination (SHC) team to ensure seamless hand‑over of active consumer orders and to resolve any pending issues.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all documentation related to orders, credit checks, and communications.
  • Assist the senior administration team with periodic reporting on order volumes, processing times, and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvements and sharing observations about common customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, or credit processing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail when handling financial data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex credit decisions in simple terms.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality, especially when handling personal and financial information.
  • Male candidates are preferred as per current company policy.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
