Introduction

The Multifinance Solutions Group, a leading provider of consumer financing and vehicle leasing services in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer for its Banjarmasin, Kalimantan branch. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our diverse product portfolio and both existing and prospective customers. As a Relationship Officer, you will act as the first point of contact, ensuring that every client receives personalized, professional service while adhering to our rigorous credit and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s financing products to existing clients and generate new leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Gather initial customer data, verify information, and prepare complete credit applications in coordination with the underwriting team.
  • Maintain regular communication with dealers and customers to monitor the status of credit applications, providing timely updates and decisions.
  • Explain repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms to ensure customers fully understand their obligations.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with distributors, dealerships, and individual borrowers to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align promotional campaigns with field activities and market feedback.
  • Track key performance indicators such as order volume, approval rates, and customer satisfaction, reporting insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the sales cycle.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions to stay current on product features, industry trends, and best practices in multifinance operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Age: No upper limit, but candidates under 30 are preferred to align with the energetic field environment.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for client visits and field work.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes, including credit assessment and loan documentation.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial terms in simple language.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM software, and basic office applications.
  • Adaptability, quick learning ability, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
