Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our growing team in Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our Business Channeling partners and the credit processing department, ensuring that every customer order is handled efficiently, accurately, and with the highest level of professionalism. As a key member of our operations, you will play an essential part in maintaining data integrity, supporting credit approval workflows, and delivering excellent service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on incoming orders from Business Channeling partners, confirming receipt and clarifying any missing information.
  • Collect, verify, and enter consumer and financing object data into the company’s core system, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Accurately input all order details, maintaining a clear audit trail for future reference and reporting.
  • Review credit applications, conduct preliminary eligibility checks, and forward qualified requests to the credit assessment team.
  • Communicate credit approval or rejection decisions to consumers promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
  • Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC), coordinating schedules and tracking completion status.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, including digital files and physical records, to support internal audits and external compliance checks.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvements and sharing insights from customer interactions.
  • Uphold the company’s standards of confidentiality, integrity, and customer‑centric service at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or equivalent; high school (SMA) graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong computer skills.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years (some internal references list 20 years; the preferred range is up to 30).
  • Gender: Male (as per the specific posting requirements).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in business channel administration, credit processing, or B2C sales support.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office, especially Excel) and experience using credit management or CRM systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a reputation for integrity.
  • Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sales‑oriented mindset with a solid understanding of B2C sales cycles, target achievement, and customer relationship management.
  • Willingness to be placed at the candidate’s domicile location in Cilacap and work the schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
