Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering basic queries about dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Monitor table conditions, anticipate guest needs, and provide additional service such as refilling drinks, offering condiments, and handling special requests.
- Maintain a clean and orderly dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring proper table presentation.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues quickly.
- Handle cash, credit‑card transactions, and POS system entries with accuracy and integrity.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health‑code regulations at all times.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
- Promote a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere by supporting colleagues and contributing ideas for service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 19‑30 years.

- At least 0‑12 months of prior experience in food‑and‑beverage service is preferred, but motivated newcomers will also be considered.
- Demonstrated honesty, politeness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with guests and staff.
- Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including proper table settings, order taking, and upselling.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, including occasional peak‑hour shifts.
