Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to join BCA Finance’s Bukit Tinggi branch. This front‑line position plays a crucial role in expanding our market presence, building strong partnerships, and delivering exceptional financial solutions to consumers in the Bukit Tinggi region and its surrounding areas. The successful candidate will work on‑site, engage directly with clients, and collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets while upholding the highest standards of data privacy and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Promote BCA Finance’s product portfolio—including credit, loan, and investment offerings—to prospective customers and existing partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding the network of agents, dealers, and corporate partners.
  • Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with merchants, small‑medium enterprises, and individual borrowers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct field surveys, gather consumer data, and perform eligibility analyses in compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare accurate reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to streamline the loan approval process and reduce turnaround time.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch manager while maintaining adherence to risk management guidelines.
  • Participate in community events and local marketing activities to increase brand visibility and reinforce BCA Finance’s reputation as a trusted financial partner.
  • Ensure all customer data is handled in accordance with UU No. 27 / 2022 on Personal Data Protection, securing consent and safeguarding information throughout the recruitment and employment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4; S1 candidates from any discipline are welcome.
  • Academic performance: GPA of at least 2.50 on a 4.00 scale.
  • Gender: Male candidates only, as per the specific operational needs of this role.
  • Age: No upper age limit; the focus is on capability and readiness to work in the field.
  • Work experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales, banking, or customer relations is a plus.
  • Must hold a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM C) and own a motorcycle for daily travel to client sites.
  • Residence: Must be domiciled in Bukit Tinggi or surrounding districts to ensure prompt on‑site presence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to use BCA Finance’s CRM tools for data entry and reporting.
  • Willingness to comply with all data‑privacy regulations and sign the consent for data usage during the recruitment process.
