Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all activities related to the collection of overdue A/R, ensuring deadlines are met and recovery rates improve month over month.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers for direct collection negotiations, documenting outcomes and updating the system in real time.
- Assist branch managers in handling problematic partners, providing recommendations for restructuring or escalation to higher management.
- Achieve or exceed the collection targets set by the company, regularly reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication, payment arrangements, and legal actions taken against delinquent accounts.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to monitor credit risk indicators and flag accounts that may become high‑risk.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on regulatory compliance, negotiation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present weekly collection performance dashboards, highlighting successes, challenges, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services (experience in multifinance is a strong advantage).
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a proven orientation toward meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and handle difficult conversations with tact.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Male candidates only, as per the current posting requirements.
- Willingness to be placed in the Subulussalam area (placement based on domicile).
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
