Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation standards are met.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other specialty equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage inventory of beans, teas, syrups, milk, and consumables, notifying management of low stock and assisting with ordering.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service, answering customer questions about menu items, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions, cover breaks, and respond to peak‑hour demand.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new drink recipes, seasonal promotions, and industry trends.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including equipment cleaning, stock reconciliation, and securing the premises.
- Contribute ideas for menu development, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the employer).
- Age limit: Up to 30 years old.
- Prior barista or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are welcome.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
- Excellent interpersonal skills: personable, honest, and enjoys social interaction.
- High motivation to learn, adapt quickly, and cooperate effectively within a team.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and composure.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
