Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC – Wilayah Bangkalan to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and acquiring small and medium‑size enterprises (UMKM) to adopt our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines, enabling merchants to accept card payments and expand their customer base. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a clear performance target, competitive compensation, and a supportive company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and cold‑calling across the Bangkalan region to identify prospective UMKM clients.
  • Present the features, benefits, and cost‑effectiveness of our EDC solutions, tailoring the pitch to each merchant’s specific business needs.
  • Achieve a daily sales target of 2–3 new EDC units, tracking progress through the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, answer technical queries, and guide merchants through the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts to ensure smooth hand‑over to the implementation team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback from the field, helping to refine sales strategies and product features.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with merchants to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Report daily activity, sales figures, and market insights to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales or field‑service role, preferably in financial services, technology, or consumer electronics.
  • Valid SIM C and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for daily travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with small business owners.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently while meeting strict daily targets.
  • Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Open to working flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
