We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi AC – Perawatan, Instalasi, dan Perbaikan to join our dynamic team in Solo. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality air‑conditioning services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on a variety of air‑conditioning units, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Install new AC systems, including mounting indoor and outdoor units, connecting refrigerant lines, and configuring control panels in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant‑related issues; replace faulty components and conduct system tests to verify successful repairs.
- Maintain accurate service reports, work orders, and inventory logs using company software, documenting parts used and time spent on each job.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain diagnoses, recommended solutions, and preventive tips, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the proper handling of refrigerants, use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and supervisors to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and installation techniques.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions and periodic certification courses to continuously improve technical expertise.
- Assist in managing tool and spare‑part inventories, ensuring that essential items are stocked and organized for quick access.
- Provide after‑sales support, responding to client inquiries and scheduling follow‑up visits when necessary.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged 0–30 years (maximum age limit as specified by company policy).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably with a focus on mechanical, electrical, or HVAC‑related studies.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in AC installation, maintenance, or repair.
- Active SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian) with a clean record.
- Demonstrated willingness to work diligently and maintain a strong work ethic.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical customers.
- Basic computer literacy for completing service reports and inventory tracking.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, work at heights, and perform tasks in varied weather conditions.
