Introduction

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of My Republic, delivering high‑quality internet Wi‑Fi and paid cable TV solutions directly to households. This door‑to‑door role offers a blend of field work, customer interaction, and performance‑based rewards, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive on personal contact and results‑driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door visits across designated neighborhoods in and around Pekanbaru, introducing My Republic’s internet and TV packages.
  • Identify prospective customers, assess their connectivity needs, and recommend tailored service plans.
  • Perform on‑site product demonstrations, showcasing speed tests, channel line‑ups, and value‑added features.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs of visits, leads, and sales conversions using a mobile Android device.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to company pricing and promotional guidelines.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and share feedback on market trends to help refine sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the back‑office team to ensure smooth installation scheduling and post‑sale support.
  • Report any customer concerns or competitive activity to the regional manager promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Valid Indonesian identity card (KTP) and a clean background check.
  • Must own a reliable personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) for daily travel.
  • Own an Android smartphone capable of running My Republic’s sales applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and product updates.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday (07:00‑17:30).
  • Preparedness to submit the following application documents:
    • Cover letter (Surat Lamaran)
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    • Photocopy of KTP
    • Photocopy of latest educational certificate (minimum SMA/SMK)
    • Recent color photo (3×4 cm)
