Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading player in Indonesia’s multifinance sector, is seeking a dynamic Officer Relasi to join our Bandung Soekarno Hatta office in West Java. This role is essential for driving vehicle financing sales, building strong relationships with dealers and customers, and supporting our mission to provide accessible, transparent financing solutions across the nation.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated male professional, aged up to 30 years, with at least one year of relevant experience or fresh graduate with a strong desire to grow in sales and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products through face‑to‑face visits and outbound telephone campaigns.
- Identify, onboard, and manage distribution channels such as car dealerships, leasing agents, and online platforms.
- Conduct on‑site consumer surveys to gather insights on financing needs, credit preferences, and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and present financing proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while ensuring compliance with internal credit policies.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines in the CRM system, track key performance indicators, and report weekly progress to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to expedite loan approvals and resolve any documentation issues.
- Participate in regular market intelligence activities, monitoring competitor offerings and industry trends to recommend product enhancements.
- Support post‑sale activities, including follow‑up calls, payment reminders, and handling customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 from any discipline; candidates with finance, business, or marketing backgrounds are preferred.
- Age: Up to 30 years old; no strict upper limit for exceptional candidates.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or related financial services. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
- Core Skills: Sales management, target‑driven mindset, strong negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of multifinance business processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Location: Placement at Adira Finance office corresponding to the candidate’s domicile in Bandung.
