Responsibilities

- Execute daily cleaning schedules, including sanitizing cooking surfaces, floors, storage areas, and waste disposal zones.
- Monitor and restock kitchen supplies such as cleaning agents, disposable gloves, and food‑service containers.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
- Conduct routine inspections of kitchen equipment to detect any malfunctions and report them to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain compliance with local health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, temperature control, and pest‑control measures.
- Document cleaning activities and equipment checks in the daily logbook to ensure traceability and accountability.
- Support waste‑reduction initiatives by separating recyclables, compostables, and landfill waste according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to improve workflow efficiency and suggest process enhancements.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on hygiene standards, emergency procedures, and new kitchen technologies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 30 years old (maximum 40 years for senior supervisory positions).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, previous exposure to kitchen or cleaning environments is a plus.
- Key Skills: Strong adaptability, disciplined work ethic, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and basic teamwork capabilities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and perform repetitive motions safely.
- Availability: Must be able to work Monday through Sunday, with shifts from 09:30 to 17:30.
- Personal Traits: Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining a clean work environment.
