This role offers a dynamic environment where you will directly assist home‑buyers in navigating mortgage (KPR) processes, promote property listings, and contribute to the growth of our client’s portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective buyers through inbound and outbound outreach, presenting suitable property options and financing solutions.
  • Guide clients through the entire KPR (mortgage) application cycle, from pre‑qualification to contract signing, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and credit agreements.
  • Conduct market research and property analysis to identify trends, price points, and competitive advantages for targeted neighborhoods in Makassar.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, property tours, and sales proposals that highlight key selling points and financial benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, and financial institutions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines using the company‑provided database and CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to utilize the on‑site Marketing Gallery and promotional materials for maximum exposure.
  • Provide after‑sales support, assisting clients with post‑purchase documentation, loan servicing, and any follow‑up queries.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge of property law, KPR regulations, and emerging market dynamics to deliver informed advice.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Property Advisor, Sales KPR, Mortgage Consultant, Direct Sales, or related sales role.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal transportation (motorcycle minimum) for client visits across Makassar.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, with a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of KPR administration, credit contracts, and residential financing procedures is a distinct advantage.
  • Flexibility to work on a full‑time, freelance, or part‑time basis as needed.
  • Adaptability to shifting market conditions, analytical thinking for property market assessments, and proficiency in using digital sales tools.
  • Open to all genders; no age limit imposed.
