Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Personal Lending Acquisition professional to join our growing team in Makassar. This role focuses on the promotion and acquisition of home financing products (KPR) for a leading bank, playing a pivotal part in expanding our market share while delivering exceptional service to prospective borrowers. The successful candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a keen understanding of banking regulations to achieve credit disbursement targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential home‑loan customers through outbound calls, field visits, and digital channels.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis, educate clients on KPR features, eligibility criteria, and repayment options.
- Prepare and present tailored financing proposals, guiding applicants through the entire loan application process.
- Coordinate with internal credit, underwriting, and legal teams to ensure timely submission and approval of loan documents.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies, risk‑management standards, and national banking regulations throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with real‑estate agencies, developers, and other referral sources to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Monitor loan performance post‑disbursement, offering post‑sale support and identifying opportunities for cross‑selling additional banking products.
- Track personal and team KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1); graduates from top‑ranked, accredited universities are highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within banking, financial services, or related consumer financing sectors.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong analytical mindset for assessing creditworthiness, and proficiency in negotiating and closing deals.
- Personal Attributes: Goal‑oriented, optimistic, and comfortable working under strict targets and deadlines.
- Mobility: Ownership of a motor vehicle (or other transportation) and a valid driving licence (SIM) are advantageous for field visits.
- Additional Competencies: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, high level of integrity, and a customer‑centric attitude.
