Introduction

We are actively seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven individuals to join our team in Bandung as a Sales Merchant GoTo. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our cutting‑edge digital solutions and local merchants, helping them adopt and benefit from our services while driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new merchant partners within Bandung and surrounding areas through cold calling, networking events, and on‑site visits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for merchants, clearly explaining the value proposition of GoTo solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and pipeline management.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical support teams to resolve merchant issues and streamline onboarding processes.
  • Perform regular field observations to gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date sales administration, including contract preparation, order processing, and documentation.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training workshops, and company events to continuously improve selling skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (minimum 6 months acceptable for strong candidates).
  • Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a personal motorcycle for field visits.
  • Own a functional Android or iOS smartphone for CRM and communication tools.
  • Reside in Bandung or nearby districts to ensure rapid response to merchant needs.
  • Key soft skills: strong observational abilities, excellent communication, goal‑oriented mindset, and solid administrative competence.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
