This role is essential for expanding our market presence by promoting a diverse portfolio of financial products to both existing and prospective customers. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s product suite—including auto loans, personal financing, and credit facilities—to existing customers and new prospects.
- Identify and acquire orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate collection of initial customer data.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer documents and complete credit application packages in accordance with internal compliance standards.
- Track the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to both dealers and customers regarding approval status.
- Communicate repayment schedules, payment locations, and any additional information that customers need to manage their obligations effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions within the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and collections teams to resolve issues that may arise during the credit review process.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, share market insights, and propose strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in any discipline; graduates are welcome.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (no strict upper limit for experienced candidates).
- Gender: Male (as per current company policy).
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in financial services or automotive financing.
- Core Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Negotiation and persuasion techniques.
- High integrity, diligence, and attention to detail.
- Resilience and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management and target‑driven environments.
- Technical Requirements: Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid active SIM A/C.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, based at the Adira Finance office corresponding to the candidate’s domicile.
