Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with experience in retail sales—particularly in electronics or related product categories—who are eager to develop a career in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to the overall market presence of our brand in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers in the Palangka Raya area.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular visits, product demonstrations, and after‑sales support.
  • Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, tailoring the pitch to meet their specific needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.
  • Collect and analyse market data, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to the marketing team.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and order documentation using the company’s CRM system.
  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
  • Attend regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current on the latest technology trends.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to guarantee timely delivery of products to customers.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, though experience in retail sales (electronics, appliances, or similar products) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to undergo a personal Medical Check‑Up (MCU) as part of the hiring process.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and sales data.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Customer‑focused attitude with a high level of professionalism.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
