Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of all goods arriving at the hub, confirming quantities against purchase orders.
- Match each item to its corresponding order code using handheld scanners or manual logs.
- Assess the physical condition of products, flagging any damaged or non‑conforming items for further review.
- Maintain organized records of verification results and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist in the segregation and routing of verified items to appropriate storage zones or outbound loading areas.
- Support daily operational flow by adhering to the Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00) and ensuring timely completion of sorting tasks.
- Participate in periodic safety and quality‑control trainings to stay current with best practices.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, drivers, and inventory coordinators to resolve any issues that arise during the sorting process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Male (as specified by operational needs).
- Possession of a valid motorbike and an active SIM C license.
- Residence within a 15‑minute commute to the hub (preferably within the Boyolali area).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
- Excellent adaptability and willingness to learn new procedures and technology.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working in a team‑oriented environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads throughout the shift.
