Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end sales administration, including creation of sales orders, invoicing, and maintaining up‑to‑date customer databases.
  • Process and monitor orders received from marketplace platforms, the corporate website, and social media channels, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Enter and regularly update sales data in the company’s ERP or sales management system, guaranteeing data integrity.
  • Communicate with customers via chat, email, or phone to confirm orders, answer inquiries, and conduct post‑sale follow‑ups.
  • Verify completeness of sales documentation and coordinate payment verification with the finance department.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends for management review.
  • Liaise with the warehouse and shipping teams to confirm stock availability, schedule dispatches, and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in order handling, documentation, and customer communication.
  • Support promotional activities by updating product listings, pricing, and promotional codes across all online channels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized filing system—both digital and physical—for all sales‑related documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preference for studies in Administration, Accounting, or Management.
  • Age: up to 35 years old; all genders are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience (0‑2 years) as a Sales Admin, Online Shop Admin, or in a related administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and familiarity with online sales platforms or ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, honest, disciplined, and accountable for delivering accurate work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for administrative work and a genuine interest in e‑commerce trends.
  • Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
