Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and electronic payments efficiently and accurately using our point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked checkout area, ensuring all supplies (receipt paper, bags, etc.) are readily available.
- Verify the age of customers for restricted items and enforce store policies with discretion.
- Provide friendly greetings and assistance, answering product inquiries and guiding customers to the appropriate departments.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies immediately to management.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company procedures while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure smooth flow of customers during peak hours, especially on weekends and promotional events.
- Assist in inventory counts and shelf‑stocking when workload permits, reinforcing teamwork across the store.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, including regular cleaning of the checkout station and adherence to COVID‑19 protocols.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic by arriving on time, adhering to the scheduled shift (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00), and completing all assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (as specified) – candidates must be comfortable working in a female‑focused environment.
- Age: Maximum 24 years old; unmarried status preferred to align with company policy.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Residency: Must reside in Takengon or nearby areas to ensure reliable attendance.
- Personal appearance: Clean, neat, and presentable with a pleasant demeanor.
- Religious commitment: Must observe the five daily prayers (Shalat) as part of personal discipline.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal abilities, courteous, honest, friendly, and respectful.

- Technical skill: Basic proficiency with a cash register or POS system; ability to quickly learn new software.
