The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, cultivating relationships with existing and new customers, and ensuring a seamless credit‑approval process.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Adira Finance’s product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers, tailoring solutions to meet individual financial needs.
- Identify and secure orders through the company’s distribution channels, conducting initial data collection and verifying the completeness of customer documentation.
- Prepare, review, and submit credit applications, ensuring all required paperwork complies with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status or required actions.
- Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations clearly to customers, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing strategic sales plans, conducting market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecast demand, and present performance metrics to senior management.
- Participate in training sessions, product workshops, and industry events to stay up‑to‑date with market trends and competitive offerings.
- Provide feedback to product development teams regarding customer preferences and emerging market needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4) in any field.
- Age: No upper limit, though candidates 30 years old or younger are preferred.
- Gender: Male (as per current company policy).
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in the financial services or automotive financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Own motor vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C license for travel between branches and client sites.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and comfortable using digital documentation platforms.
- Willingness to work a six‑day week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 16:00, with occasional weekend or overtime assignments during peak periods.
