Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders to the specified destinations within the assigned geographic zone, adhering to the scheduled delivery windows.
- Inspect each package before departure to ensure it is properly packed, labeled, and free from damage; handle fragile items with extra care.
- Utilize Google Maps and other navigation tools on an Android smartphone to select the most efficient routes, avoiding traffic congestion and road closures.
- Obtain a signed or electronic confirmation from the recipient upon successful delivery, following the company’s standard operating procedures.
- Communicate any delivery challenges—such as address discrepancies, access restrictions, or vehicle issues—to the dispatch team in real time, allowing for swift problem resolution.
- Maintain a clean and well‑maintained motorbike, including routine checks of fuel level, tire pressure, and mechanical condition.
- Report daily activity logs, mileage, and any incidents through the designated mobile application, ensuring accurate record‑keeping for payroll and performance tracking.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on safety, customer service etiquette, and updates to the delivery platform.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, aged 45 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent (Junior High School level).
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and an active vehicle registration (STNK).
- Own an Android smartphone that meets the minimum operating system requirements for our logistics app.
- No tattoos or body piercings that could affect the professional appearance of the courier.
- Ability to read and interpret delivery instructions, addresses, and basic navigation cues.
- Strong interpersonal skills; courteous and clear communication with customers and team members.
- Self‑motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of working independently while meeting daily targets.
