Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Order Collector to join our fast‑growing FMCG distribution team in Kabupaten Jember. This role is critical for maintaining strong relationships with existing retail partners while expanding our network of cafés, restaurants, and hotels. The successful candidate will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring timely order collection, accurate invoicing, and achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned retail outlets daily to collect orders, verify product availability, and record customer preferences.
  • Identify and prospect new potential clients, such as cafés, eateries, and hotels, to broaden the company’s distribution footprint.
  • Prepare and deliver invoices, manage cash collections, and coordinate credit terms (up to a 2‑week payment period) with store owners.
  • Track personal sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets, reporting progress to the regional sales manager.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database, including contact details, order history, and any special delivery instructions.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, including the use of a valid SIM C, active SKCK, and safe operation of a personal motorbike.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, with a GPA higher than 7.0.
  • Age: Must be 34 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Male candidates only.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in the FMCG sector, preferably with existing contacts in the food‑service industry.
  • Licenses & Documents: Valid SIM C and an active Police Clearance (SKCK).
  • Transportation: Ownership of a reliable motorbike for daily travel across the district.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust with store owners.
    • Analytical mindset for sales reporting and forecasting.
    • Negotiation and closing skills to secure orders and payment terms.
    • Time‑management and self‑discipline to meet a demanding schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 07:00‑17:00).
