Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Manajer Finance & Accounting (FA) to lead our finance and accounting division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic decision‑making across all branches of the organization. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and validate all journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
- Review branch financial statements, track variances, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct petty‑cash reconciliations, verify supporting documents, and approve related expenditures.
- Perform inter‑branch reconciliation of accounts, guaranteeing consistency across the organization.
- Prepare adjusting journal entries to reflect accruals, depreciation, and other period‑end adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit cycles and provide required documentation.
- Develop and maintain internal control procedures to mitigate financial risk.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and accounting software to streamline reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control initiatives.
- Handle any additional tasks related to the Finance & Accounting division as directed by senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are also considered.
- Proficiency in computer operations, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude, with the ability to communicate clearly across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and discipline.
- Excellent analytical mindset, capable of identifying discrepancies and proposing effective solutions.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
